Paramahansa Yogananda: Ek Atulniya Yog aur Adhyatm ki Prerak Shakhsiyat
Paramahansa Yogananda, jinka asli naam Mukunda Lal Ghosh tha, 20th shatabdi ke sabse prabhavit yog aur adhyatm guru me se ek hain. Unka janm 5 January 1893 ko Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, Bharat me hua tha. Unhone puri duniya ko yog aur adhyatm ke gehray arth samjhaye aur pashchatya deshon ko Bharatiya dhyan aur yog vidya ke mahatva se avagat karaya.
Yogananda ka Bachpan aur Adhyatmik Safar
Yogananda ji ke bachpan se hi unka rujhan adhyatm ki aur tha. Bachpan me hi unhone anek siddh guruon se prerna li aur apne guru, Swami Yukteswar Giri, ke margdarshan me dhyan aur yog ki shiksha prapt ki.
Unhone apne jeevan ko Ishwar aur manav kalyan ke liye samarpit kiya. Yogananda ji ka sapna tha ki vyakti apne andar chhupe anant shakti aur shanti ko pehchane aur uska samyujan kare.
Autobiography of a Yogi: Ek Prerak Granth
1946 me Yogananda ji ne apni pustak "Autobiography of a Yogi" prakashit ki, jo duniya bhar me prashansit hui. Yeh pustak unki jeevan yatra aur adhyatmik safar ki ek rochak kahani hai. Yah granth har us vyakti ke liye mahatvapurn hai jo atma ki khoj aur manav kalyan ke liye prerna lena chahta hai.
Yogananda ki Pramukh Shiksha
Paramahansa Yogananda ji ne kriya yog ko logon ke beech prachlit kiya. Kriya yog ek adhyatm vidhi hai jo vyakti ke sharirik, mansik aur aatmik vikash me madad karti hai.
Unhone Bharatiya dhyan aur yog vidya ko pashchatya duniya me prastut karte hue bataya ki kaise yeh prakriya vyakti ko antar-shanti aur samadhan pradan kar sakti hai.
Self-Realization Fellowship ki Sthapana
1920 me, Yogananda ji ne Self-Realization Fellowship (SRF) ki sthapana ki, jo duniya bhar me unke yog aur dhyan sambandhi sandesh ko phailane ka kaarya kar raha hai.
Yogananda ka Adhyatmik Virasat
Paramahansa Yogananda ji ne 7 March 1952 ko apna sharir tyag diya, lekin unka sandesh aur shiksha aaj bhi karodon logon ke jeevan ko prabhavit kar raha hai. Unhone dikhaya ki yog aur dhyan sirf sharirik swasthya ke liye nahi, balki manasik aur aatmik unnati ke liye bhi atyant aavashyak hain.
Nishkarsh
Paramahansa Yogananda ji ka jeevan aur karya ek adbhut prerna hai jo hum sabhi ko antar-jagrit karne aur apne aatmik yatharth ko samajhne ka sandesh deta hai. Unki shiksha samaj aur vyakti ko ek naye roop me vikshit karne ka marg pradan karti hai.
