Course Content

Day 1-10: FOUNDATIONS AND MINDFULNESS

Day 1-3: Introduction to yoga, breathing exercises, and gentle stretching.

Day 4-6: Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar) and standing poses.

Day 7-10: Seated poses, forward bends, and relaxation techniques.

Day 11-30: STRESS REDUCTION AND BALANCE

Day 11-15: Restorative yoga and relaxation techniques for stress reduction.

Day 16-20: Balancing poses and hip-openers.

Day 21-25: Gentle inversions like Legs-up-the-Wall pose and Supported Shoulder Stand.

Day 26-30: Twists and core-strengthening poses.

Day 31-60: STRENGTHENING AND FLEXIBILITY

Day 31-35: Yoga flows and sequences to build strength and flexibility.

Day 36-40: Deepening hip-opening poses and twists.

Day 41-45: Pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation for relaxation.

Day 46-50: Intermediate-level poses like Warrior II, Tree Pose, and Bridge Pose.

Day 51-55: Gentle inversions like Downward Dog and Supported Headstand.

Day 56-60: Full-body strengthening poses and gentle backbends.

Day 61-90: MINDFULNESS AND LIFESTYLE INTEGRATION

Day 61-70: Advanced poses like Crow Pose, Camel Pose, and Wheel Pose.

Day 71-80: Mindfulness meditation and stress-reducing techniques.

Day 81-90: Advanced inversions like Handstand and Forearm Stand.
