Course Content

Day 1-10: BUILDING FOUNDATIONS AND MINDFULNESS

Day 1-3: Introduction to yoga, breathing exercises, and gentle stretching.

Day 4-6: Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar) and standing poses.

Day 7-10: Seated poses, forward bends, and relaxation techniques.

Day 11-30: STRENGTHENING AND TONING

Day 11-15: Core-strengthening poses like Plank, Boat Pose, and Side Plank.

Day 16-20: Strengthen your lower body with poses like Warrior II, Chair Pose, and Lunges.

Day 21-25: Focus on upper body strength with poses like Downward Dog, Chaturanga, and Upward Dog.

Day 26-30: Incorporate full-body toning with flows and sequences, such as Vinyasa or Power Yoga.

Day 31-60: FLEXIBILITY AND CALORIE BURNING

Day 31-35: Deepen flexibility with hip-opening poses like Pigeon Pose and Butterfly Pose.

Day 36-40: Practice dynamic flows and sequences to increase calorie burn and cardiovascular endurance.

Day 41-45: Incorporate high-energy poses like Warrior III, Balancing Half Moon, and Twists.

Day 46-50: Integrate inversions like Headstand and Shoulder Stand to engage core muscles and boost metabolism.
